Logan Posted April 20, 2006 Report Share Posted April 20, 2006 The best by far for small items is the foam sanding blocks or sheets you find at hardware or jeweller supply stores. Place the sheet on a flat surface then move the item (guard in your case) in straight lines over it. The fine version gives a very good finish and by holding the guard straight you will get a very tidy uniform brush pattern. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
