Got my Beginmariner from Josh!

Well first i want to say how nice of a watch i got for $108 bucks!!! very nice,fast shipping, and great communication with Josh. Fist time buying a rep and I highly recommend him. Ok to my questions. How long will my watch run on average, once i leave it on my nightstand? also my beginmariner sounds like it has a small BB or something in it when i shake it a bit. Is this the automatic movement? I am new and these may sound like stupid questions but i am here to learn and take in all the info i can.

fully wind your watch & it should last you about 20-30 hrs on your night table .

if your gonna wear it on a daily basis the just wind it once when you 1st receive the watch then there is no need for winding , the movement of your wrist will keep your watch fully wound ..
