lello
Hi, for my knowledge, 2892 and 2893 DWs are identical in diameter and alignment teeth/numbers. The only difference between them, is that 2893 has recessed teeth, while 2892 is a flat wheel. In answer to some questions of yours, I produced both these DWs. When I'm talking about 2892 DWs, I mean with NO recessed teeth (flat). Until now, I sold many DWs for 2893 Pams (usually GMTs) and they were all with recessed teeth and it's never happened that any member told me the recessed teeth weren't right for those watches. I also believe that for PR Pams with 2892-A2, the right DW is the flat one. -- Lello. Hey Guys, I really have no clue about recessd vs non... Watchmeister
Sounds right. The 2892-A2 PR has the extra plate for cyclops and as such the teeth are flat. The GMT has the teeth sticking slightly down as there is more room in the movement.
