Does anyone recommend a Panerai repairer in London who won't send it off to be hit with a large hammer and I recieve a polite letter in return explaining why my watch is ruining the 'authentic' trade of watches

his crystal shattered while he was watching tv and he thinks about getting a new one but wants to make sure the area where the crystal sits on is 100% even (because in the past, fiddy crystals shattered due to the fact, that some casings were not very well CNC'ed and the area where the crystal sits on was not completely even)
