Crown Tube popped out from PO

So i banged my PO from Silix against a door jam and the crown tube popped out. So I disassembled everything and pressed the tube back in - strange that it isn't threaded, it is just a press in tube?

Anyway i got the movement back in and as i was inserting the crown and stem back in and started screwing it down - it popped out again.

Any idea how this thing is supposed to be really attached? Anyone else have this problem?

I think this is a known problem. I had the same issue with my SFSO and Ziggy epoxied the tube back in and all is fine.

So maybe just a small dab of epoxy will get the tube back in? I guess I could try that. Thanks.
