Michael Kors repping Portuguese

I was in Bloomingdales the other night and when walking by the watches counter when I saw some Michael Kors watches. A few of them looked an awful lot like the famous IWC Portuguese or other IWC designs. They used quartz and did not have the signature twin dial but I thought they drew inspiration.

Here's a few of them I found online, what do the IWC experts think here?
