911RS
What series is this case and bezel correct for? D E F G? Or which Series of gen cases didn't have the oval dimple between the lugs? I know it's an earlier case but starting and ending form where? Thanks in advance guys! PAMman
Jimmy used his D series 001 as a pattern for a run of 200 pieces, intending to produce his own unbranded watch, but Panerai's action against RXW in Japan persuaded him that it wasn't a good idea. That's how his parts were subsequently sold on ebay as aftermarket spare parts. Jimmy Fu is a highly respected Paneristi and his picture features at various Panerai events. Hi PAMman, Thanks for the info. So that being said Which other cases didn't have the oval indentation between the lugs? How about the E F G case... Were they they same as the D case? thanks again! Watchmeister
I am still trying to figure out which cases did have a dimple. I am staring at an automatic F and it does not have a dimple.
