Priceline Negotiator?

This is just me thinking out loud, but I was thinking about weather a system like Priceline could work here. Say a separate WatchLine area was opened and members could post in there, but no one but authorized Dealers could see the posts.. Maybe a standard form or something where you listed the watch you wanted and the price you are willing to pay. That way if a Dealer wanted to move a product at a reduced price he, or she could do it without the other members or other dealers knowing.. especially if they setup a different payment method than is regularly used (if they cared).
