Why don't you use the search function or read through the posts yourself? Generally its been said that the UPO from Josh and Andrew are the best, however its really up to you to decide which one is best. Go to the Watch Collector Galleries, look through the threads, PM these dealers for details. Then once you know who sells them, go to the Trade Review section and make sure you read through the reviews to get your own impression. Just so you KNOW what you are really buying.

However, like I said, Andrew and Josh sell the UPO, Silix, PT, Paul and a few others sell the PO.
