Movement & Recessed Date Wheel?

Hi dear all, I realised rep chrono watches with the Asian 7750 movement tend to have recessed date wheel issue. Are there really no ways to fix this issue? And how come all gen watches don't have this issue, the dates always like 'flushed' with the dial nicely? Thanks, hope to learn more on this.

7750 modification always results in this. some gens use the real 7753 => no recessed DW

when the 7750 is in its native 6-9-12 sub-dial layout there is no recessed date wheel, it is 'flush'

it occurs when you start with 3-6-9 reps when the 7750 tries to emulate the 7753
