Shakey Posted January 23, 2008 Report Posted January 23, 2008 (edited) After a little bit of searching it seems like there is no fix out there for the sunken datewheel on Asian 7750 movements. It's a shame because I really want to order the Montblanc Timewalker Chrono watch but that is the only flaw that really bothers me. However, I noticed on a dealer's website that there is an option for a Swiss ETA 7753 option. It's about triple the price but I'm wondering if this fixes the datewheel issue? Also, is it really that much better of a movement to justify the extra money? As I understand it, the Timewalker is one of the best reps out there and if this more expensive movement will give me years of reliability AND fix the datewheel then I think it might be worth it. Any comments? Thanks. Edited January 23, 2008 by Shakey
