3717 Time Keeping Issues

I just purchased a 3717 from a dealer I regularly buy from in Beijing. The watch looks great, however it does not keep the greatest of time. It can be off by 2-3 minutes per 24hrs. The stopwatch hand is also very jerky.I was wondering if someone could tell me are the movements in these better reps of this watch all the same? I see on the websites this should have a Asian 28800bhp movement. Just wondering if I should accept this and modify with other movement or take back for replacement. Thanks for any input.
