Lume Pearl Replacement on Sub

Having read the "How Tos" on replacing the bezel inserts on the Sub there seems to be too many chances of it all going horribly wrong for me

Can you get replacement pearls for the Sub that can be fitted from the the outside (front) without removing the bezel and insert?
