Fixing mis-aligned bezel on IWC Aquatimer/CD?

Today I just received an Aquatimer Slevin, but noticed that my inner bezel is slightly misaligned two tick marks and that the "swiss made" is slightly off-centre.

I've already dismantled the innards of the watch, but how do I remove the inner bezel? I don't think it comes out from under the watch but rather the top, so I have removed the crystal as well.

And now before I decide to remove it, are the bezel ring and teeth two separate pieces?

Maybe takashi can give you answer here - he put his to pieces, too. As far as I can remember at least.
