Jawo Posted February 20, 2008 Report Share Posted February 20, 2008 I purchased an Ultimate Arktos from Andrew about 3 months ago. Since I got the watch, the crown guard was defective and did not close properly. He has made an honest attempt to supply me with a replacement. He has shipped out 2 crown guards to me, but both were wrong!! They were completely different guards and not made for the Arktos. Andrew has stated that the manufacture of the Arktos has changed factories for the case and the lugholes are built incorrectly. I am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to as where I can find a correct replacement? I have not worn this watch once and is really frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.
