So the 2007 Cousteau inner bezel, can it be adjusted?

I've heard that the Slevin bezel is much more deliberate than the Cousteau model. While mine works, it ain't great. Can anything be done to adjust the action, make it click better?

Also, it looks like the outer ring with the 12, 1, 2, etc., is slightly cocked to the right. Can this be adjusted too?

I will second TK's request for help on this issue. Mine has the slighlty misaligned inner bezel and I would die to fix that.
