Rep Daytona + Gen Bezel?

As I got a Gen 16520 Daytona bezel today I started to think i it is possible to fit it to a 116520 rep and get rid of that bulky rep bezel.

I don't have any rep Daytona at hand so if you have one could you please let me know if you think it is worth trying?

I may get one then and try.

I guess the crystal would sit higher... wonder if not too high...
