Po Lug Size

I do like this watch (pic of genuine):

It's a black PO but with orange numbers with a black strap sewn in orange. As I have thin wrists I prefer a 42.5 mm.

I want to buy a genuine strap to put on a rep, that can be this one from Aspire:

But I read that PO reps have no correct size lugs. Can someone tell if it's the case with this rep? I do not want to buy an expensive genuine strap and buckle if it doesn't fit the rep lugs...

My 42.5mm (4th gen) PO has 20mm lugs.

My 45mm asian PO also has 20mm lugs.

The 45mm should have 22mm lugs iirc. Not sure about the 42.5mm
