Who do you recommend for vintage treatment

I am about to pull the trigger on a custom 47mm luminor case watch and although I may not go for the plexi crystal, I still want a vintage look.

Who should I talk to about getting the dial slightly "vintagized" as well as the gold hands, and lume stained?

What do you think a ballpark price will be?
