Help! How to remove HBB crystal?

Does anyone know whether, in order to remove a HBB crystal:

- I just need to remove the caseback and the movement, then push the crystal from the inside to the outside, 'Panerai-style'?

or

- I also need to remove the HBB bezel?

It worked great. No troubles at all.

(Rather, stripping the former AR coat off proved tougher than expected. But I got the upper hand of it in the end).
