Have searched the archives here and RG and after finding people giving one source accolades, it seems that a handful of threads later... quality and customer service from these places have gone down hill (ie. jewelryoutlet, Florida Jewelery Supply, etc). The so-called pearl I have now is literally a big ol' rounded "ant hill" of white plastic that goes about 1mm or so higher than the surround! So I ask this to the congregation... what's the best looking blue/gold insert and at a reasonable price? Pearl doesn't have to be perfect, but the closer the better.
