Recommended Source for a TT Sub Bezel Insert?

First project on my $40 Dubai (aka "project watch") TT Sub is going to be a bezel insert replacement.

Have searched the archives here and RG and after finding people giving one source accolades, it seems that a handful of threads later... quality and customer service from these places have gone down hill (ie. jewelryoutlet, Florida Jewelery Supply, etc).

The so-called pearl I have now is literally a big ol' rounded "ant hill" of white plastic that goes about 1mm or so higher than the surround!

So I ask this to the congregation... what's the best looking blue/gold insert and at a reasonable price? Pearl doesn't have to be perfect, but the closer the better. Also hoping to find one that won't require sanding on the edges to fit (underside sanding is fine).
