bwhitesox
I have a new modded zero and noticed when pushing in the crown that the dial moved. Upon opening it up I can see the two screws holding the movement into the tabs are tight but the whole movement still moves. Is it as easy as bending one of the tabs slightly so the movement fits tighter in the case.?? Also I have one of V's new CG's here...Would this be accurate on a Zero at all.? Again sorry if these are NOOB questions.
bruce79
Hey D, As far as the loose movement goes, try flipping those movement tabs up side down so the peak points downwards (or so the V is right side up). That should provide you with another mm...might be just enough. If that doesn't do the trick, then perhaps the tabs are too thin. The tabs may not belong to the case/movement...perhaps some things were swapped along the way? As far as the V crown is concerned, go ahead and send it to me and I'll have a look...just to be safe... PAMman
V's new larger CG is correct for all series of the 000. Pop it on there to complete your watch.
bwhitesox
Wonderful news all round. Thanks Bruce I will try the tabs round the other way once I receive a new crown that is coming for this watch. Should be pretty good with V's new CG and the crown.
