Pan Help Please

hey there everyone,

i am posting again because i wanted to get everyones opinion on a base pam. I am lusting over a simple radiomir base and am wondering if anyone has had experience with these watches made with Asian movements?

I have recently been told that they don't make the swiss movements for them anymore:( But i am wondering if anyone has had a good experience with an Asian movement?

please, any advice would be so greatly appreciated.

All PAM base (Luminor / Radiomir) use 6497 and all 6497 based movements (swiss or asian) are handwind by design.

t, who has a LOT of experience and I mean a LOT, with the 6497 movements, states very clearly that the level of detail and quality are just not close to the Swiss ones. Since the pricing difference, about $50, is so small, it would be my advice to get the Swiss. This is especially considering the movements may become more rare and/or more expensive in the near future.
