Panerai 252 Asian Movement? Is it any good?

Alright Guys,

So I've come to a conclusion that I want to get a PAM rep. I love the 252. It seems like a great rep.

My only concern is the Asian Movement. As a person who only purchases Reps with Swiss movements, I'm a

little concerned about the 252's asian GMT movement!

Does anyone have this rep with a swiss movement?

If not, what is the quality of the asian Movement like and since there is a GMT hand, does this reduce the reliability of this movement?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

It's been said by The Zigmeister that the high beat (28k) Asian movement is reliable and pretty much rock solid. It's much improved over the low beat (21k) Asian movement. So I don't think you should worry too much about it if you do indeed opt for the high beat Asian movement.

I just Bought the PAM 252 from PureTime.

I also just got a Super Sea Dweller Rolex from PC (Josh).

Can't wait to get them. I will definitely keep you guys posted!
