Tips to write the certificate?

I have two blanks ones and I was wondering whats the best way to make it look good? What does the AD do that I should do? I figure I shouldnt just use a pen to fill in the fields?

Came with my boxset but its blank. SHould I just leave it blank?

First of all, what brand? what model? Some certs are filled in by pen at the AD and then stamped.

Some are printed at the AD.

Ive never seen much reason to do anything, the certs are so bad that they arent worth keeping.

Yachtmasters. One is 16623 and the other is 16622.

So theres no point to the certs that come with the box sets? Thanks then.
