First time buyer, need some advice

Hello! I'm want to buy a Panerai replica, but since this is my first replica buy I would like some advice from someone that have more experience than me. I have read a lot on this forum so I think I have manage to find a good and safe place to buy from.

These are the two whatces I have been looking at:

I don't now too much about watches so pleace excuse me if some of the questions are a bit "basic". Ok the one with the swiss movment is more expencive so I guess that one is much better, but is the other one so bad that you would not recommend it? What happens if the watch need some service? Do they have automatic movment?

If anyone have some advice to give me on witch two watches I should buy, I would be very thankfull for the help!
