Changing straps on a Portuguese 7 Days?

Guys,

This may be daft, but does anyone know how does one change straps on a Portuguese 7 Days?

I am assuming it's a spring bar that has a catch at the lugs area?

Tried searching this forum and even YouTube for a tutorial. I am more familiar with Pams and would appreciate any input.

BTW, the strap width is 22mm (as told by Peter from WatchStation), are there any recommendations for aftermarket straps?

Yes, you can change it with spring bar tools or even with 1.2mm flat head screwdriver.

You can get the replacement strap from HK Tan pilot's style (cost you about 150 dollar).
