Query about Asian 7750

Hey everyone

I'm a newbie to this so sorry if it's a basic question

I know that the ETA is better than the Asian 7750 but does the Asian 7750 have a fluid second motion or does it tick with every second?

Got into this as got a Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Rep from a shop in Egypt which is excellent although the chrono doesn't work. The motion on this on is not completely smooth although you have to look closely to tell!

Newer A7750 has the new beat rate of the ETA, so sweeps just the same. Its an auto, cant tick u see;)
