So as an alternative, I have booked a private room at a local Japanese restaurant (ala carte buffet, eat all you can!!!) near City Hall MRT. Takashi will give more details! See you! It is approx. 3 - 5 min walk from the nearest MRT station City Hall. The private room is quite big, supposedly meant for group of 20 ppl.
