DG4813 - Replace with ETA?

Is there a drop in ETA replacement for the DG4813 so I can use the same dial etc but change to a swiss movement?

I don't think so, but you can use the japanese Miyota movement that the DG4813 is copied from, I belive it's called Miyota 82, but do a search on B&R and movement swap, and you'll get the answer, costs about 15
