Could be the tube needs to be cut down to bring the crown a little closer to the case...

Got a picture of the CG and Crown?

You know I think if I can File the tip of the lever it would take care of the problem.

Any ideas on how I can do this!

If you want to file your lever tip, start by taking the CG screws off ;) then you can use a toothpick and a small jewelers hammer to drive the pin out. The rest should be easy...

BUT Before you do that, check to see if the crown tube is too far from the case. Pictures would help diagnose what the real problem is.

252's are notorious for shipping with really low grade crown guards, I've no idea why as the rest of the watch is very good.

Yours really needs stripping down to see whats going on. It might be as simple as fitting a thinner o-ring under the crown to give a bit more space.
