replacement dials and hands

hello my name is Tom, Ilive in Liverpool England. Irecently purchased a watch fom a replica site, unfortunatly the hands and dials had come adrift, I tried to fix the problem myself but only succeeded in making the problem worse. I contacted the seller who advised me to return it. this I am not willing to do. Is there any where I can purchase these parts? if so Iwill have them replaced here.
