I doubt they will sell you a latch. When the clasp on my SMP chrono crapped out recently, I asked Andrew what he suggested, and if he might have a replacement I could buy. He offered to (and subsequently sent) a complete bracelet and clasp at no charge. The big bonus surprise was that the new one came with pins instead of screws.
