MADRED7
Only alternatives will be: - straps from www.Steinhart-watches.de or debaufre.com.....they have good quality pilot-straps for around 60$...but you cannot use them with the deployant! - BOB straps....he has his own section on this site (sales area), he has some new BP straps on the way, ask him when they will be ready! Price should be around 90$ Theo
Vlad1980
What will be the closest strap that will look similiar to OEM? I would like to get this watch to have that OEM look. I saw the oem sale on strap on ebay for 400 and that pretty much double the watch.
Vlad1980
how about something like this http://www.fredawatchstraps.com/bptropical.html
MADRED7
That FREDA-thingy has a nice texture....but the strap/size is completely wrong, it does not taper down to 18mm!!! I got that BOB strap he offered on the sales corner beginning this week....great value for 65$ and the specs are close to gen...plus; the deployant fits the strap! Theo Ye I saw it, but the straps that he is selling now are either cognac or dark brown, which look like plain leather. I was looking for a croc/buffalo texture design which would look closer to OEM. He had some earlier for sale, but they were all sold. I might just buy the one he has on sale now, how is the quality?
t
you can check my straps... they are nice pilot straps and some more in genuine alligator will come soon. Vlad1980
^ Do you offer ones that will work with the deployment buckle?
watchturbo
for BP straps that most closely resemble OEM, I'd go with the Big Pilot straps by StrapLuxe (www.strapluxe.com). They also work with the deployant buckle too. I have 2 of them and have not even 1 complaint about them. Good luck on finding the right strap for you. Definitely post up some pics once you do!
