Ruby ruby where are you?

I was talking with Ruby about 10-12 days ago about 4-5 bags that i needed...and its been since then that Ruby stoped answering..

What hapened??? Maybe aliens took Ruby to another galaxy???

If you gang knows what is going on please give me some feedback!
