Owners manual for Breitling Serie Speciale replica

I am about to purchase a Breitling Serie Speciale replica and was looking for documentation re basic operation, use of the slide rule, cautions on winding, date changes, etc. I found many references and screen shots with element of what I wanted (and didnt need eg use of locking screw-tight crown)..thought I'd throw into a more readable, printable and concise format. First draft is attached (three-pager). Hope I got it more or less right. I figure this might save the next noobie a bit of time! Willing to add whatever if others find this useful.

One question I do have ; the "instructions" I found say the following with regard to changing the time -- is it correct? : "
