Where to buy bezel insert for Rolex rep...

I have a new rep, Rolex GMT-II Master, two tone gold and stainless. THe bezel insert fell off while I was wearing it today...don't know where it fell off at! Where can I get one that will look at least as good as the original one and that will fit correctly. THis rep came from Andrew, swiss movement version, bezel is balck with gold numbers.

Also, will the bezel insert come with some sort of adhesive? If not, what is best to use??
