vikkyrob
I am trying to get hold of Homer to buy a Flying Toubillon. I have finally saved up and decided to go for it. However, I have a few watches with Chief and Jackub AR (IWC Slevin & 3717) and it has transformed the watch. What I want to know is: 1. Is it possible to take the glass out of a Tourby (or would anyone risk doing it!!)? 2. Is it something you can trust to a normal watch maker? 3. Do you think it would be worth it. Thanks for you time and help. Rob
trailboss
I hope to be faceing the same dillema if the AUD ever improves against the greenback. I don't have an answer yet. I asume any competent WM should be able to remove the MVT and crystall. You could buy a spare crystal of Homer along with the watch and send that off so your watch is not siting without a crystal for too long. I want the black on rose gold one (like Vrit's) and AR is going to be a must. Col.
