i searched but couldnt find any topic or tutorial about the DW swap.

i want to swap the dw myself, can someone give advice?

where can i source the right datewheel?

I've been trying to get some BCE datewheels made (I've been working on this project for months!). The latest version should be done this week (I hope). If you're interested, PM me next week. I can let you know if they turn out.

Where did you source the date wheel?

If it's a Lello, then be aware there could be some alignment issues. My Lello date wheel is a bit off, but nothing a gentle nudge with the crown in position-1 can't fix. This is despite a full movement servicing and tweaking by Rex.
