narius Posted December 4, 2008 Report Posted December 4, 2008 I need help please. I bought Porsche Desing chrono from Josh. It's a great watch but the strap has problems: it does not stay firmly in the watch body. The rubber strap's groves are too soft and strap just detaches from the watch while just wearing it. I haven't seen any other complaints about problem like this. Is this a common problem with the strap? Josh is offering to buy a better strap but it's $65, it's from a higher end model. Should I go ahead with this? Could there be a flaw of the metal frame were black rubber snaps in? I just don't want to spend money without assurance. Thanks in advance
narius Posted December 14, 2008 Author Report Posted December 14, 2008 Just received a replacement strap from Josh. I have to tell you it exceeded my expectations. It fits like a glove no issues at all. Josh came through with his excellent customer service as advertised on the net. Thanks I'm very happy with the product. BTW there was no charge for replacement.
