blue or black rubber on blue sosf and rep quality?

I just ordered a rep rubber strap at 68$ us from one of the dealers (since my AD was out of stock for 2 months and charging 95$ us)

I ordered it BLUE.

Now i saw a few black rubber straps one blue face and i think it looks amazing as well. Damn those sosf have so many combos possibilities that its a rough time to decide which one to choose.

Also, is the actual version on the strap good? I know the buckle is not shinny and its engraved, but I heard its supposed to be an old version. Will it be a big giveaway on such a nice and well done rep? I want quality cause im going diving in 2 weeks.
