Had these saved on my other laptop, which I don't have with me at the moment and want to pass this info onto a friend.

Anyone in the EU have them (or a screengrab) to hand?

Oh and please don't post info from Ofrei - he's not US-based and anyway I wouldn't want to inflict Bob "personality disorder" Frei on him

45.5mm? It looks like Cousins doesn't have 42mm PO parts.

You can find what you're looking for by entering the case number 168.1650, and then selecting part type (dial, etc).... for the 45.5mm model.

For example, searching for the dial for that case, I get:
