Richard Tracy
No function is not the most important - not at all. I started out that way. I used to think function was the most important. Then I slowly got bored of those functional watches. No - style is the most important. Style is what separates a nice watch from a $20 digital watch - not function. Think about it. Well I started the opposite,... buying watches just for 'style', and grew weary of that as I would a woman who is pretty, but lacking any skills that benefit the union... Pretty is, as Pretty Does... When I obtain a Chrono,..I use it in so many ways from driving, to exercising to just calculating and improving on many fun aspects of my life.. same with Alarms, and even with Gmts as a compass when I go hiking, or as a secondary time zone when I travel...or my wife is away... Tool watches are so much more interesting ... and build a companionship that go far beyond looks... Style is important,... but clearly Secondary in my book..
