Accck Floating Numbers...Any options?

Terrible day, just took the missus watch in to have it sized, it's a beauty of a J12. Couple of taps to get the pins in and the watchmaker has it in good fitment he even complemented the J12's and how nice of a watch they are. We get in the car and the missus puts it on for the first time, winds it once, and clips it back on and the five falls off and jams up the second hand. Gulp! First time she wore it too hahaha, I have a message in with the dealer hoping he will dos omething with it, if no is there any resource on the board that could open it up and glue the number back? It is still a beautiful watch.
