V72 sweep hand with 0.38 tube?

I am awaiting a hand from our member but as I am not sure if it will work I am still looking around in the meantime.

Found an auction for set of val72 hands and just got reply from seller that the tube of the big sweep hand is 0.38

Is it possible? Isn't it quite big?

The Zigmeister told me my elprimero need 0.22 hand. 7750 takes 0.25. 0.38 seems to be really big in comparison.

My guess is that the seller measured the outside diameter of the tube...
