Changing time and date on A7750

Hi guys,

Just spend half an hour search the forum, but I couldn't find a detailed instruction of how to change the DATE and TIME on Asian 7750 movements, since the manuals do not come in the box

P.S. I now about date adjusting requirement at around 5.30.

Also on the reps only hit reset from 10-2 could cause damage to are asian movements if done at any other hours The Zigmeister has detailed posts about it use the search

I just need this simple instruction how may times to pull out axis (winding crown) and which direction to rotate it.
