Daytona4me Posted January 23, 2009 Report Share Posted January 23, 2009 I have held the Stainless Steel version for several customers but thought that it just was not for me. The wife was not very impressed with the Stainless Steel version either so I passed and continued looking for my next watch. My supplier told me that the Rose Gold version as well as others would be released and it instantly peaked my interest. Rose Gold models have never really appealed to me but the thoughts of a BP RG .... I had to try it! I must say that I am very satisfied with the Rose Gold BP. I think I like the gold on black dial more than anything. It is that color combination that I have been looking for. I think the reason this watch does it for me is because there is so much surface area of the dial that the gold markers do not make it look gaudy. I must find a new strap for this. I think my choice will be a black alligator strap with black stitching as I do not think I will find a Pilot Strap with Gold Rivets. I have not done any comparisons to the genuine yet, I will do a review when I am feeling better... pretty sick the last couple days.. dont have the patience to take some better pictures.
