An interesting issue

Hey! Just a few questions: I had a bad experience with swissreplicastore.com. I ordered a watch, my card was charged next day, and then nothing happened for more than a week, many unreplied emalis, and so on... I decided to dispute the charge, with a success. Later a week, the package was arrived, but with different items, not with my order. I wrote them: it's enough, I cancelled the order, tell me where to send it back. They now threat me, with some "legal action", and with their "legal team", because of the dispute, however I wrote three times, I'll send the items back, tell me an address. They said: they unable to provide an address, unless I cancel the dispute of the charge... They offered me a refund, AFTER I cancel the dispute, and AFTER I ship the items back, but I don't want it, I shouldn't tell why...

What do you think, what to do?
