Original 7mm rolex sub crown caps ..

hello guys i just won 4 original rolex sub 7mm crowns caps , but they didnt come with the small part where the stem screws into ;( , what do you call that lil piece with the spring , where can i find it & how is it installed in the crown cap ?

or im a stuck with 4 gen rolex crown caps ?

Sometimes they screw together.. ie the round centre shaft that is still there unscrews from the outside.. but I've no idea if you can buy parts. Some others don't have any thread so I presume they are pressed together. Someone did post a while back with some pictures.. can not remember who sorry..
